Candia Dollars for Scholars® Scholarships Awarded to Local Students

Candia, NH – June 26, 2017– Several local college and college-bound students were named recipients of 2017-18 scholarships awarded through Candia Dollars for Scholars®. Shown here at the recent Moore School graduation, where this year’s recipients were recognized, are, from left: Candia Dollars for Scholars President Colleen Bolton; Travis Fischer, Rockingham Lodge Scholarship; Maryssa Trudeau, Candia Community Women’s Club and Candia Garden Club scholarships; Sara Drewniak, Techs for Tomorrow Scholarship; Molleigh Wyman, Jamie Brennan Scholarship; Angela Dow, the Ron Girard Humanitarian Scholarship; Amber Ekroth, Jamie Brennan Scholarship; and past Dollars for Scholars funding recipient Alicia Frazier, who made the presentations to this year’s scholarship winners.
Candia Dollars for Scholars® manages several scholarships supported by local businesses and community organizations. High school seniors and current college students can use a single application to apply for scholarships in support of their studies at two- and four-year colleges, universities, community colleges and vocational schools.
