About

The Welfare Department provides emergency assistance to individuals and families who lack adequate resources, as well as direction to various relief agencies, as needed. We strive to promote self-reliance and independence in all we serve.

The Welfare Department is operated under specific State and Town Guidelines that regulate the expenditure of monies.

Services

• Food Pantry: The Food Pantry, located in the basement of the Candia Town Offices, is available to any and all Candia residents. For current hours, please visit the Food Pantry Website.
• Senior Lunch: The Senior Lunch is the last Wednesday of each month at the Congregational Church at 11:30 a.m.
