This notice is to inform the public about the Town of Candia and their Assessing contractor, Whitney Consulting Group, will be conducting its field operations for the 2024 Revaluation and general assessing work. They will be performing property inspections on every property regarding sales, building permits, as well as field and cyclical review to ensure property records are accurate. Property owners are not required to let the Assessor into their property, but the Town asks for your cooperation in allowing WCG staff access to your property so that they may verify the existing data on your property or measure and list any newly constructed item(s). The staff will be wearing identification badges and Candia Police Department has the staff’s vehicle information.
