CANDIA BUILDING DEPARTMENT PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town of Candia is in the process of hiring a new Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer. During this time, building permits and inspection requests may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our best to accommodate all requests and inquiries.

RSA 676:13(III): "Upon the submission of a completed application, the building inspector shall act to approve or deny a building permit within 30 days; provided, however, that nonresidential applications or residential applications encompassing more than 10 dwelling units shall be approved or denied within 60 days."
