The Candia Conservation Commission, acting as agents for the Town of Candia, IN ACCORDANCE with the Town of Candia Purchasing Policy, is seeking Proposal Bids from NH licensed Surveyors, to provide for the Deed Research, Boundary Survey, Plot Plan, and Legal Parcel Description suitable for recording at the Rockingham Registry of Deeds as a Conservation Easement, for an existing, recently consolidated Lot on Chester Turnpike in Candia. (See RCRD Book 6520 Page 2518) 

Proposal Bids should contain Cost, Schedule, Timing and other details and be delivered to the Candia Conservation Commission at the above address no later than May 19, 2025. Bids will be opened at the Commission’s May 20, 2025 Regular Monthly Meeting. For further information, also use the above address.
