Candia Police Seek Public’s Help regarding Candia Springs Adventure Park

Candia Police Seek Public’s Help After Incidents of Criminal Mischief and Trespassing at Candia Springs Adventure Park!

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Between Friday, April 18 and Monday, April 21, 2025, unknown individuals entered the closed facility without permission and caused property damage. Over the past couple months, the owners of Candia Springs have been dealing with multiple incidents of trespassing and damaged property.

Candia Springs is closed and not open for business. It’s located on private property with a LOT of no trespassing signs posted. These signs are located along the perimeter of the entire property including the fences that were destroyed and climbed over to trespass onto the property.

The buildings and windows on Candia Springs property are locked, these individuals broke the locks (on several windows and doors) that were right next to no trespassing signs.

They decided to deface these buildings, right next to a no trespassing sign! After going through much trouble getting into these buildings, they made themselves at home, by taking home some Candia Springs swag.

According to responding officers they also got a little thirsty and by the looks of it, had a lot of trouble deciding which drink to pick. They went into the business office’s where sensitive business information is kept and decided to move documents and property to new places in the building!

Potential Charges

Individuals identified in this investigation may face charges including—but not limited to—Criminal Trespass (RSA 635:2), Criminal Mischief (RSA 634:2), and Vandalism of Private Property. Penalties range from misdemeanors to class B felonies depending on the amount of damage. So, my suggestion STAY OUT of the park unless you have permission from the owner.

Preliminary findings indicate:

  • Fence panels along the perimeter were damaged to gain entry.
  • Graffiti was spraypainted on buildings.
